Welcome to Enirosa. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of enirosa.store (the "Site") and any order you place with us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility
By using the Site you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products and pricing
We describe our products as accurately as possible, but colours and details may vary slightly from one screen to another. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, including after it has been placed, in case of a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or unavailability. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

5. Payment
Full payment is required when you place your order. The accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates and are not guaranteed. Enirosa is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. See our Refund Policy for the full conditions.

8. Promotions and discounts
Automatic volume discounts and any promotional offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time. They apply only to eligible items and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, page layout) is the property of Momed LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation or security.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enirosa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of New Mexico, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring it before your local courts. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
